Depending on the situation, you should have contract numbers, serial numbers, a description of your support request and a priority rating (self-assessment) at hand. This prevents unnecessary delays and ensures that the helpers have all the information they need.
If you do not have a currently valid support contract for your problem, please send us a general request. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
